I have lived here for less than a year and have loved it. My husband and I have never had problems with the property, other tenants or management. <P>

Its a decent place to live, compared to other apartments for the price. Clean and well maintained. The new management is good so far. Visitor parking is a known problem and guests tailgating the residents to enter, avoiding security is a concern. Otherwise it's good, with close to 101 freeway and shops. <P>
