i've lived here for about 2 and half years yes there are some bad things no play ground for children so they are usallly amusing themselves by fighting with each other or whatever. they can't ride their bikes, scooters ,skates can't throw or kick any balls they should just say no kids.yes my kids and their friends play inside but they can't be indoors all the time for their health and any parents sanity. there are no really loud partys or disturbances i'm sure a couple here and there.parking is an issue there is no vister parking and really no room on the street they will tow you.this being the first and hopefully last apt i live in i think it's really not worse than anyother large complex when it comes to the issue of so called "druggies" and "criminals" being here.your never going to find a place where those kind of people are within at least a block of you.keep to yourself cause everyone here talks **** to one another you'll be judged ans sterotyped no matter what. even if some one involved in the running of the apts (from managment, maintance, scuirty or the group of **** talkers who call them selves neighborhood whatch,)just got done smoking one type of a drug or another with you.they will ignore their own faults and label you as the bad druggie. <P>
