Apartment Reviews for Riverbend - Yorba Linda

My lease is up next month and I'm moving on. The rent increase was kind of high, I moved in six months ago paying 1260 and now they want to raise it to 1380 or something like that on another lease or 1465 on a month to month. The other reason I'm leaving has nothing to do with riverbend. Overall I've enjoyed my stay here maintence is fast, the area is nice and I've had not major issues to detract from my enjoyment of my apartment. The trains are kinda loud, they don't blow their horns or anything but a few of them kinda shake the apartment, nothing major but there is a vibration. Parking is seldom a problem and the residents in my experience keep to themselves. Audra is nice, but she reminds me of the babysitter in 'the incredibles'. She's funny. I think it's only a matter of time before they turn this place into condos... so pick your unit well as you may be given the opportunity to buy it. <P>
