Just to inform all of you searching for an apartment, Yucaipa Suare Apartments is the place to be! Effective September 5th, 2008, this establishment is under new management and alot has improved and will only improve for the better! I am the new On-site Manager and am welcoming you to come take a look for yourself. We have the most affordable spacious and well maintained complex in Yucaipa. Prices start as low as $785.00 for 1 bedroom and only $825.00 for a 2 bedroom. We also have on-site maintenance which means we can be reached at all times. please call (909)797-1851

I think the good reviews of the complex contradict the actuality of the reality of the complex.Have an aquaintence that has left this place and knew of an opening.Decided to do a little research of my own. The report of the tenant that was told about her boyfriend should know that there is at least 1 tenant that has their date(s) constantly in and out of the establishment and that the safety of kids and single women is not promoted at this establishment! Would not rate the apartments as safe or recommend until safety can be practiced!
