Review for Promenade Place Apartments

I do not trust this rating poll at all. They always gripe about how their apartment did not get fixed five minutes after something breaks or management did not let them to something that the tenants feel they have a right to do, want so cheese with that. I live at this apartment for two years. We got along fine with the management, although there were some times when I wanted to place blame on management but knew it was something I forgot to do. The apartments are beautiful. Stainless steel frig. The counter tops in the kitchen are beautiful. The floors have real tile. We lived in the fifth floor and would not hear any noise from our above neighbor. The halls were always quiet. The elevators were always empty and made it easy to move in and out. Management does have a problem with pods being drop off and picked up. That how we moved and had to be sly about the timing, but of course this is something we should not have done. Maintenance was there the first day or the second, but it was the fasted we have encountered. The noise was what we asked for. We faced the parking garage, but knew that we not want to face the pool. I rather deal with car horn that to deal with vanity by the pool. If you like to be by the pool because you think that there will be some marvelous creature sun bathing, think again, unless you like sun worshiper that look like a well worn, chewed up piece of cow hide, wee wee delightful!!! Plus, yes it will be noisy. If you like quiet rent above the third floor. The first three are for pretentious youth that feel important. The parking lot was fine, out course we did not drive some fancy hummer, bmw, benz or anything that the princesses and princes at this apartment drive. I am quite comfortable with what I drive a bike, and sonata. The location is great across the street there is a shopping center with a breakfast nook, the pancake house, as well as fine cuisine. There is a tavern with so so microbrew, and the supper market is just up the street. I had a good experience there. I am not for or against the management as I was leaving I noticed that some of the new girl that work there were not as nice as the one I dealt with before, but that can be said about all place, unless you own your own place than it is all peachy. It is a rich area that is why there is so much crime and our course if you are a price or princes you’ll always find something to bitch about.
