When we moved in our apartment had fresh paint, new carpet in every room and our neighboors greeted us the 1st day. people are very nice. Parking is bad. But I have never seen anyone block in a car. Lots of dogs. Big dogs. and my Big dog loves it. I never find another dogs feces anywhere. I have already told friends to move here. I love it
