Review for Rosa Apartments

I enjoyed my time at this apartment. Unfortunately I had to move due to personal issues but I want to give my kudos to Steve and Paula who manage the place. They were my reason for moving in, after meeting them I knew I wanted to live in this place. It doesn't look like much but they keep it clean and well maintained. I was sorry to leave but continue to visit at every given chance. Great friendly atmosphere and generally good people living on the property. It's like one big family where they all look out for each other. Hope one day to move back.
