Review for Rosa Apartments

friendly, clean place where I met some good friends. Older building but well taken care of by the onsite management. The owners come accross as not caring too much about the place but the managers make up for that. Summertime is fun here with the backyard get-togethers that helps create a secure place to live as now we all know each other on a personal basis. Great idea by the managers. Nice large yard. No pets or kids allowed though.
