I can hear my upstairs neighbor urinating! I'm intimately acquainted with the smells of my next-door neighbor's cooking! I've called the police numerous times. The water main broke last year and the parking lot has never been re-surfaced. I've requested service and was told "It's fine". I've stepped over trash, broken bottles in breezeways and sidewalks. It took over a year to fix the laundry room door. Everything I've written is the truth, but doesn't begin to convey how much I loathe this place. I'm outta here.
