This place is horrible, they advertise that it is a gated community but in 3 years the gates might have worked for a total of a month all added up!!! Theft, oh yeah this is the thieves stompping ground. They love it here, Nice vehicles and no gates or security, it is too easy for them. One week they broke into 6 cars and stole stereo equipment. Another week they stole 2 vehicles and rims off another, and I heard that from the police not the office. They send out flyers all the time telling you where not to park and all that but never once did they send out a notice to the residents about all the theft. They never gave us a heads up. The parking, unless you come in the middle of the days when most people work or pay extra for your parking your not going to get one close to you apartment. The staff blames everything on corporate and act apologetic but you can see that they take an attitude that it is not thier problem. It is horrible here, I can hear my downstairs neighbor role over in his bed, that is how thin the walls are in these apartments. There are a lot of pet owners here so there is doggy doo everywhere, mostly in the grass but recently its been all over the sidewalks, it is rather disgusting and when you come in in the dark you shouldnt have to worry about stepping in doo. I cant wait till my lease is over, I am getting out of here and never looking back. Just take note of all these things and the other reviews and see if you really want live here. They look appealing but looks are very decieving.
