We looked at over 8 apartments before selecting Coyote Ranch and were very happy with our choice. That is until we moved in. The walls are certainly not insulated very well because we heard our neighbors above us continually. Not normal noise, but very LOUD bangs, thuds, and just continual vibrations. It truely was ridiculous and there was not a thing we could do to change it.
We paid for a gated community, but the gate doesn't work. The workout facility door is broken and has been for a long time. Non-residents use the facility continually; especially the basket ball court.
The grounds are littered with dog waste. It is very disturbing. Residents don't pick up after their animals which is very rude and the management team can't do anything about it.
Our apartment was not cleaned when we moved in except for the carpets and their were broken fixitures and floor tiles coming off the floor.
The managment team is very nice and does their best, but unfortunately the units, lack of maintenance, and residents not taking care of their pets all contribute to the bad environment.
If you are looking for a luxury apartment. We would recommend looking elsewhere.
