This apartment has numerous issues from mold closing down building 17 for about year. This occured with no resident notice. To the year round pool being closed most of the year and the hottub being open for about a month total.


The worst is the water. it leaves a film on all your dishes. THe only way to get it off is with CLR.


Office staff is lazy and inconsiderate. Maintenance staff is lazy and incompetent.
