Review for Coyote Ranch Apartments

Where to begin? There has been construction going on pretty much since the day I moved in therefore for the last 2 weeks I have been woken up by there hammering etc. early in the morning! There is absolutely no parking. No insulation you could run the air conditioning for hours and the second you turn it off you will be burning up again. The walls are paper thin you can hear neighbors and everything going on outside. A few times i have gone to the staff they have been rude. Maintenance takes days to get back with you to fix a problem. There are letters constantly on our door saying they need to enter our apartment for one reason or another! The pipes in the walls pop all day and night long. The water and ice has who knows what floating in it. The gates close at night but the security guard stands by the key pad and lets everyone in anyway without a question! By the looks of it I thought I was getting a great deal moving in. They are really nice but not worth it.I am moving out in 4 days and it couldn't come soon enough!
