MOLD in our both bedrooms and they just covered it up with sub-standard repair methods and NO mold remediation for the next residents. We just left with 10 months left in our lease with NO consequences
Took them 32 DAYS to address water damage and mold in our unit, yes, 32 days. Way to go Simpson Property Group. Bet Homer is the VP and Bart is running the client relations dept.
Rats, I mean rats if you live in the lower flr. units
Pipes (hot water) banging all night long
6 to 8 people living in some units
Dog poop everywhere
Batman lives in the dark breezeways
Trash and filled trash bags in breezeways and balconies
NO insulation, so look for high heating and cooling bills
Did I mention MOLD?
No water meter, you pay for water used by those 8 people living in that one bedroom unit in your building
