Review for Coyote Ranch Apartments

I was all excited to move into this apt. complex. I loved the floor plan (and still do). Like everyone here has said the walls are paper thin, the dishwasher leaves a film, but my BIGGEST peeve is NO PARKING! NADA, NOT A SINGLE SPOT ANYTIME AFTER ABOUT 6PM.

I'm ready to stand out front of the clubhouse - out on the street - where it's public property, and hand out fliers to ANYONE that pulls in to possibly rent. If they won't fix the problem, then I'll hit them in their pocketbook and run people away from the property - so they don't get a single new renter for a long time.

When I asked them about the parking problem? they just told me about paying additional for an assigned spot or garage, but the funniest part is that they have no more left! So then they just reiterated that if I park illegally I can be towed by Arapahoe Sheriff's....nice solution, thanks for the suggestion, way to problem solve.
