Review for Heather Ridge Apartments

I have been living here for 5 years and have no reasons to complain. There is not much noise coming through the walls or the ceilings due to the concret construction of the buildings. The neighbors are friendly and you always have the option of sticking to yourself or making friends. Maintenance does their best to keep up with repairs as long as they are reasonable. The apartments are big and prices are reasonable. Best of all: heat and water are paid for. School bus pick-up is directly on property and the district is Cherry Creek. The office staff is friendly and usually they have time for a short chat every time I stop by. The only thing that is slightly below normal "Heather Ridge standard" are the hallways, although I have noticed that paint work has been done and the housekeeping still cleans every 2 days. Living here is all in all a pleasurable experience.
