Review for Heatherridge Apartments

Had we known the nightmare would would endure here, we never would have put in for an application to live here. Heather Ridge has now sold the complex, I hope the new owners get rid of the current management team, they are TOTALLY AWFUL. This place is disgusting, the kids that live here are thieves and people are peeing and pooping all over the place....you heard me right, humans are leaving there feeces and urine all over the place. If any one had the right mind, they would call the health department on this place and close it down and condemn it. I don't care that new owners are taking over and refurbishing the place, all they will do is raise the rent and keep the place looking the same, like crap. The current management team sees its residents as dollar signs, that is all they care about. There are drugs running rampid around this place and no one cares to do anything about it, you can smell after affects of marijuana when you go into the elevator. People are not stupid, it has a distinct odor about it. Even the police don't care to come and take care of the crimes that take place here, they are sick of it. It is like living in the white getthos, if you are not colored, you are considered as a second-hand citizen, current management is racist towards white people. Do not ever listen to what management tells you, they are very good at lying and you never know what they will tell you next. This place is for the dogs, because with all the poop and urine, it is like living in the dog pound. Maybe some one needs to come in and put leashes around managements neck so they quit doing the crap they are doing and running this place into the ground so it is not worth living here. I feel horrible for making my kids live here, they do not play with any one here because they are too afraid too. Even after the new owners refurbish this place, unless the new owners get rid of current management, this palce is sooooo NOT WORTH IT! Current management's names are Arianne and Randy and Chris and they need to go! I don't care what any one thinks, I would not let some one else go through what we have in this place if I can help it, I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy.
