Boyfriend lived here and let me tell you, could not wait to get him out and to somewhere better. Mice invaded, water damage from hell and the noise. He refused to let me outside after dark cause of the problems of the neighborhood. Moved him out and they charged him an arm and a leg before giving him $20 back. I cleaned that apartment from top to bottom. If you need to rent an apartment, do not rent from Hickory Ridge unless it is the last option you have. Run away and dont look back.
