Review for Jefferson At Aspenridge Apartments

This place is a disaster. I lived there from 2003-2007. This past January, it was acquired by Lincoln Property Company and has completely fallen apart. The property has gone "Section 8", and the deterioration of a once nice place to live is evident. All the chairs at the pool have been destroyed, the gym vandalized several time, graffiti is appearing, cars being broken into, a total absentia of help at the leasing office and total lack of maintenance are just a few things noticable immediately.

It's a true shame, this was once a great place to live. The minute my lease was up, I moved.
