Review for Jefferson At Aspenridge Apartments

I lived at Aspen Ridge and when JPI owned this property the place was great. They sold it to Lincoln Management Company in January 2007 and it went completely down hill!!! We had a ton of snow this past winter and it took them forever to shovel and walkways and plow the parking lots. The office does not have any organiztion. I submitted a move-out notification and then was sent a form to extend my lease! The pool was considerably dirty all the time, no pool chairs to sit on and if there was they had been destroyed. There was constantly trash on the landscaping - the place went from great to horrible in a couple of months!
