Our neighbors were playing LOUD music at all hours of the day and night. Fighting in the parking lot, yelling obcenities, throwing their cigarette butts and beer containers around on the property. Every time we complained, nothing was done. The security there is very weak, if you call, they come-eventually, but there is no change. Maybe they were just the "bad apples in the bunch"...
Also, we didn't find out until the day we went to sign another lease that they were converting over to a low income property. We were told we had to move at the last minute! It may not be published yet, but if you "make too much money", you will not be welcome.
