Our Review for Bella Terra At City Center
Bella Terra at City Center offers studio to two bedroom apartments in south central Aurora. Units have fireplaces, breakfast bars and are complete with appliances; Bella Terra at City Center has been recently remodeled. The property is close to shopping, entertainment and public transit. Resident reviews agree that maintenance "works all the time" and does a good job and the grounds are kept well, but do not feel the office staff is consistent enough with their policies. Parking is cited as an issue, although there is assigned covered parking available for an extra charge. Rent away from the pool and playground for a quiet afternoon, otherwise expect to hear children playing.

I moved in about a month ago. Im very happy with my decision! The office staff is very friendly and they are always concerned about your needs and wants. I have had one repair that need to be fixed and they were hear in 1 day after i called it in! Although the gated commuinty can be stressful sometimes its a great way to feel comfurtable. My apartment is newly remodled and fit all of my needs and wants.
