Review for Bristol Village Apartments

I lived in these apartments for 1 year- view of the front range was amazing- especially at sunrise and sunset. This place is like an oasis in the middle of busy streets. Safe and cozy, but perfect location.

I do have a few complaints- the place IS NOT smoke-free. Tenants are allowed to smoke inside their apartment but not in the halls; However, the halls quickly fill with smoke when the apartment does. When I moved here they said they were getting Quest or Comcast...a different provider than American Communications (which hasn't happened yet, and the internet in the clubhouse is ALWAYS out). They have also been in the process of making the area a gated community for AT LEAST the past year.

It seems like every time I go down to the clubhouse there is a new manager or sales rep- turnover rate is very high.

Other than what was mentioned, my stay at Bristol Village was a nice one other than the cigarette smoke (which I'm allergic to) and the internet connection.
