I have lived here for 4 months now. The apartment itself is really nice. I have a 2 bedroom with 2 baths and a study. I live here with my wife and 2 sons.

It is true about the parking. If you get home after 6 you have a short walk. You just don't get the prime spots next to your building. There are however lots within very short distances from each building.

Maintenance staff are just OK. I've also had issues with the water leaving white chalk on my dishes. For this we were told not to use Cascade.

The noise level is ok. We did have a thumper upstairs from us but other noise I've never heard. In the winter we only used the heat 5 times. Gotta love that.

Great place lots of young residents. A few kids around to play with. The pool is now open for the season.
