Review for Coyote Ranch Apartments

Ive lived here for 6 months now... since then the dishwasher broke... the dryer broke and it takes 5 times to dry anything.. i called to have them come clean the exhaust pipe bc i know its clogged and thats why it takes forever to dry(not to mention the fire danger).. they came in and replaced the pipe that connects the dryer to the wall.. problem not fixed... they claimed they cleaned the pipe but my husband was here and they maybe used their hand to grab a hand full or so... i can hear my neighbors everynight having some kind of fight and if you work late... dont expect any parking... i have to park across the street and its not exactly safe for a young woman to walk by herself several buildings away... if u have parking at ur building congrats... but ive heard alot of building have the same problem... its supposed to be a gated community too... theirs gates... i will admit that... do they work.. no...when you look at this apartment.. you think wow this is great... even the day i moved in we had no water pressure... it took them 5 days to fix it.. let me tell u.. not having a shower for that many days is horrible.. the other nieghbors complained when they turned the water off for a half hour to fix it .. so they had to leave a letter.. and came back two days later.. If you are looking at this apartment i suggest going up the street on parker road.. i have heard alot of good things about those...
