Many defects within the units. Ongoing construction for the past two years and years to come. Noise, dust, mud, construction equipment, lack of privacy, scaffoldings everywhere,...


True disaster owned and operated by Simpson Property Group. Incompetent and very unprofessional.


Not worth the time and effort even to look at. But, if you decide to check it out, check the site on your own at various different times and talk to residents. They tell you about this dump, the office personnel will NOT. Call the sheriff's office and ask them about all the car thefts and vandelism too.
