Wow, what an experience. I have learned about what to look for now. Bad management staff, aweful BBB report, Jefferson at Aspen Ridge is bad, bad, bad. In fact it is so bad that I even had my investigation team write a story on it in our Denver, Arizona, California and Flordia publications. You can read it at www.denveraccess.com. Don't get caught. JPI properties are horriable. Take my advice and run.
