Review for Jefferson At Aspenridge Apartments

I have to agree with the prior reviews that this place was great when JPI owned it and went down the tubes once Lincoln acquired it. When I moved in the staff was always professional and courteous. Within a week of Lincoln acquiring the place all but one of the prior staff was gone, and that person was gone a couple weeks later, The people they got now aren't mean or rude, just not very good. Maintenance is nonexistent. I filed a maintenance request, they called me to say they would take care of it right away, and never did anything after that, No work was done, no follow up, no nothing. They also claimed they would continue to change the furnace filters quarterly like JPI had done since they believed in maintenance. The first time they put a tag on the door saying they had completed the filter change, When I pulled the filter out that night it was obvious they had not changed it. No mention was ever made by them about changing filters again. If they had been honest and said they weren't doing filter changes and we were on our own I could at least respect that honesty, but the lying about everything is what really bugged me about them. A couple of days after the blizzard I had to buy a shovel and shovel the stairs myself since the snow had created an impassable ice ramp and nothing was done about clearing it. I was just glad when my lease expired and I got to move away . Of course, like a prior reviewer I also got a lease renewal form after I had already submitted my move out notice.
