Rented: From 2008 To 2009

I currently live here at Aspen Ridge, and am quite saddened by the reviews I've read, but have experienced some of the same things. Being putoff and lied to by office staff. Experiencing an upstairs neighbor who repeatedly has noise complaints and nothing being done. Irresponsible residents with dogs and children. It is quite embarassing to experience the bad behavior from staff to residents in this community. What what you pay for renting a two bedroom here, you would do better buying a house. I'm very saddened and disappointed in my choice of place to live, and as soon as my lease is up in a few months I intend to leave.
