the apartments are small, like dorms. the rent is low besausse the maintenance and office staff do not want to deal with high expectations from residents. you have to ask several (4-5) times to get maintenance personnel to come out. the office staff will not notify them until you complain enough. the maintenance staff overall are nice and know what they are doing. the office staff are nice, but if you need help with anything do not expect fast or even quick help. you have to be a pain in the ass to get anything done. the grounds are not nice, dead grass everywhere. you are lucky to find any parking, the worst thing is that there is enough parking for twice the residents. two adults two children is what they say. typically you see four adults and three children. there is the roach problem but also they have wasps and don't care.
