Review for Lowry Village Apartments

The only really good thing about this place is the price (it is quite cheap). Oter than that, it's a rather bad place. The parking lot is really unsafe: I had the tires of my car slashed one and a window broken on a different occasion, and I know of somebody who had their car stollen from the property. Bugs are everywhere, in spite of the periodic pest treatment. Most of the stuff is totally incompetent and quite rude. Maintainance is unreliable and it is quite common to have water turned off without any warning about every 7-10 days (it's usually gone only for a few minutes, but it's still very inconvenient if you were taking a shower or something...). The halls are always durty and covered with trash (although that's mostly the fault of other tennants, as I do know maintainance cleans the hall regularly). On top of all this, the one bedroom apartments are tiny. I don't even have enough space for a kitchen table and have to eat on my coffee table. The carpet is filthy, the closet door broken, and the refrigerator shelves keep falling off (although I know there are some apartments in the complex that have been partially remodeled). Neighbors are friendly, and I have not had much of a problem with noise, but I am not picky in the respect. My general advice is to stay away from this place, unless you really cannot afford anything else.
