This Place Is A Living Hell!

This place has roaches and bed bugs. I bought a brand new mattress and couch and I have to get rid of them because the bugs layed eggs in them and are eating me alive! When I brought it up to management htey just told me to put plastic down!
The neighbors always play loud music and you can hear them screaming at their kids. They let their children run and scream down the halls at 1 in the morning!
They have shut off my water and shut off the hot water on numerous occasions without notice.
There is so much garbage in the hallways andthe men here just sit and wait for you to walk by. There's a man that would wait at the window for 3 hours for me to come home from work and management wouldn't do anything!
This place is hell! Don't EVER move here
