Review for Retreat At City Center Apartments

Overall i would have to say the retreat is a great apartment. the surrounding area is a little shady or intimidating at night. if you plan on going out and getting a quick bottle of wine after dark prepare for some shady character asking you for spare change. But besides that the staff is super polite and the partments themselves are immaculate with great detail. I only had an issue with what they call concessions. I feel that the concessions are there to be utilized as a way of getting people to re-sign a lease. you will never have a month to month contract unless you pay an additional almost 70% more than your lease agreement. But the gated parking garage does add some comfort but in reality will not keep someone from walking in if they wanted too. If you do decide to move in you can usually hear the poeple above you walking so get a third level and you should be fine since you will not hear anyone above you and you can leave stuff out on your patio without worrying about people stealing it.
