Title says it all. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the apartments. They have a higher cost than most for the apartment, the neighborhood is alright but neighbors are what bring it down. Disrespectful neighbors cause more work for the maintence crew then what it's worth. There is only one place to dispose of trash and if you're at one end of the complex it's a complete annoyance to drop it off. Trash accomendations need to be looked into.
