OK, Where to start? The walls have no insullation so you get to hear your neighbors getting it on almost every night. If you live near the parking garage you get to hear morons car alarms going off all the time, usually caused by another retards loud exhaust pipes the reverberate through the entire garage almost around the clock. You get to breath someones cig smoke almost whenever you go outside. you have to wait three minutes before hot water gets through the pipes (hello water bill). depending on your luck you may or may not be able to get a decent parking spot. There are some positive things (I think) but I can't think of any right now and wouldn't bother riting them if I could.
