Don't trust the leasing office for a moment. The manager of the leasing office is extremely obnoxious directly after you sign your lease. The office staff has more turnover than your local McDonalds. They claim they don't have bugs, roaches are everywhere and termites. The parking lot looks like a bomb range. The A/C units smell like mildew. Roaches come up into the dishwashers. The Washing machines only have cold water and when the water is actually flowing, your shower can go from boiling hot to cold. Don't worry about it though, at least once a week the water will be shut of for repairs.
