Not a good place to live if you aren't a party animal. the floors are so weak and creak every time someone walks on them. no insulation. Good view easy access but that is all. You don't feel safe walking to your covered parking in the dark no lighting there. dirty pool, even with the new carpet the apt smells after it has been shut up and I don't have pets! Only one washer & dryer per 12 unit building and it doesn't work half of the time. Lots of criminal activity around but they are the ones management keeps, guess their drug money is better then mine!
