Management and most maintenance people are horrible. Crime, gangs, graffiti, bugs, dog crap, loud neighbors, flithy pools (yes there was mold in one). Water main pipes are broken ALOT. That means no water for hours to a few days. Noise is horrendous. Dogs bark at all hours of the day and night. There is no security patrol. Dogs crap in the building. Elevators work sometimes. There was a fire in one building. Another time, water flooded the main lobby. Water was in the elevator shaft for ages. SAVE TIME AND $$ - DO NOT MOVE HERE!
