Review for Waterfield Court Apartments

I looked at this place back in April of 2008. While we were looking, the office staff did not even have a model of the apartment to show to us. We made a split decision to get the apartment and hoped for the best. The apartment is nice, but when we moved in they had yet to deliver our washer or dryer. Those appliances showed up a week later. It is a generally nice apartment, but you basically have to hope you do not need to have the maintenance staff out or have to talk to the office staff. Currently, my washer is leaking oil. I called two weeks ago to ask for it to be fixed and the lady who worked their said that since it wasn't an emergency, it would just be on their list. I've seen maintenance people sweeping bird poop as a job during the day, yet they are unable to get up here to fix my washer. Not only that, but the screen door on my patio is not even designed for that door. They told me in July they would order a new one, I have yet to see it. This place is ridiculous.
