Rude, crude maintenance men who live on site tend to be creepy....dog poo everywhere as mgmt doesn't enforce pick up...pool and weight room constantly closed for repairs. Huge heating and A/C bills as the insulation is awful, meaning you can also hear everything from neighbors and kids outside. We were very quiet, very clean renters. Got a bill for nearly $400 in repairs upon leaving, only of which about $100 of it was really our fault. They are awful! Management seems friendly until you have a problem or issue....then watch out!
