Rented: From 1999 To 2000

I use to live here about seven years ago and see that nothing has changes. Poor insulation, high levels of noise, rude maintenance and staff... the list goes on. If you needed something fixed it usually took about a month or more. When I lived there there was a class action lawsuit filed by about two dozen tenets because maintenance items where not being addressed. There are other nicer places to live in that area... avoid this apartment complex.
