fowler property management are hands down the most unethical, slimy property management company in boulder. they are unattentive to any and all maintenance needs and they will definitely keep all of your deposit no matter how well you treat your apartment. do not do business with them under any circumstances. dan fowler is a borderline crook and fowler property management is the worst management company in boulder.
