Avoid Fowler property management at all costs. This company will charge you 125% deposit, and give none of it back - no matter what state your apartment is. They will not paint the walls before you move in, or replace lightbulbs - yet they will charge you for this when you move out. Expect a $50 charge per light bulb. The maintenance supervisor rarely returns a call, and becomes upset if you insist he fix whatever is broken. There are much better companies to rent from in Boulder, at a much better price. Fowler should be blacklisted.
