I was assured that there were no students living in the building where I was moving- a week after moving in the frat boys moved in across the hall, and young drug dealers moved into the basement. Fowler is the most disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with, in 12 years of renting apartments. Gas leaks, shady appliances, filthy conditions and practically zero follow-through when complaints are filed. These people should not be doing business, and it's amazing to me that they have not been sued yet, and shut down.
