Within 3 months of moving in, there was a gas leak. Heat and hot water was shut off for 5 days. They refused to answer the phone, maintenance wouldn't come out, no response. When they finally did fix it, it went out again. Again, couldn't get a hold of them. It was 5 degrees outside. They're very rude and unapologetic. No reimbursement.
