Fowler has the best pet policy in boulder. No pet rent or weird hidden fees. Me and my dogs love living here.

I had a nice experience dealing with Fowler Property Management. The leasing agents were helpful, but the front desk lady was kinda rough. I recieved my place in good condition even though the house I rented was super old and creeky it was clean. I also got most of my deposit back, but thats cuz I had wood floors and spent 3 days cleaning.

When i moved in i asked if my place could get new carpets, even though they werent very bad. They put them in the next day! I love my place, i think that Fowler has treated me very well. <P>

I've been renting with Fowler for 3 years and I have never had any problems. They have always been helpful with maintenance and rent. Would recommend them to anyone looking to rent.
