Apartment Review for Sunnyside Property Management L.L.C.

Well, I do not know how you could go anymore wrong if you were to sign any lease with Sunnyside Property Management L.L.C. here in Boulder. First of all, they rent low grade apartments in Boulder and completely over charge the tenant. When I moved in, my stove and oven were from the 1950s, and after numerous calls to them about how faulty my stove was, it CAUGHT on fire! It took them forever to even come and look at it, and I went the remainder of my lease (2 1/2 MONTHS) without a stove or oven. My window got broken and it took them a month to come out and look at it, I sent numerous requests to have the ants and spiders that were in there taken care of and that never happened. On top of that, they are extremely rude people (all of them, even the receptionist) and even hung up on me. Just expect from these people if you ever need any work done in your place, you will never get a call back about it, and if you have any problems there will be no one there who cares enough or is competent enough to do their JOB. Unfortunately there are not enough rental companies in Boulder, so they think they can be rude to the tenants because we have no other choices or places to rent. I would highly suggest renting from ANYWHERE else but here! Do yourself a favor and save the giant headache.
