Apartment Review for Thomas Jefferson Apartments

This apartment complex has one of the best locations in Boulder: 10-15 min walk to Pearl St, the Hill, 29th St Mall, Boulder bus station, and campus, plus its right near Boulder Creek!! You can't beat the price in the area, especially with the size of the units, good closet space, adequate kitchen size, and spectacular views from the 3rd floor. On the other hand, the apt manager can be difficult to deal with and the units are all obviously dated with no A/C. It can be loud at times, being so close to the high school and CU stadium, but that goes hand-in-hand with the location.
