Sound insulation is non existant. If you cannot get apartment on 3rd floor, save yourself a lot of headacke and look eslewhere. I moved into 2nd floor, and experience is like living in a dorm, not only you can hear your upstairs neghbours walking, but sometimes they steps even create vibrations in the walls, etc. Upon complaining, the management agreed to give me another apartment, but they wanted to charge a new deposit, apartment change rate, etc.

If you need Internet access, the only choice is theyr Qwestnet, which is a substandard Internet access, to say the least.
