Apartment Review for Alexan Arista

This place isn't so bad. The apartments are nice, there is a gym - if you go during the day you can usually use most of the equipment. If you go at night during the week, there is usually a lot of people there and the machine you want to use may not be available. I agree with another review - with the 1st bank center - it is tough to get into the parking lot if you are driving in around the same time people are coming to the event. Concerts are the worst. They get out late, and because there are so many people, cars are backed up - there is a lot of honking and yelling late at night, usually during the middle of the week. If you have to go to work the next day you won't get a lot of sleep. The staff is pretty nice, haven't really had to talk to them since we moved in. We have had issues with maintenance response times. You may have to wait a few days for something to get fixed, and the ice was a major problem Oct-March. The pool is small.
